The indictment accuses Trump of taking part in a few prison conspiracies: "to defraud America through the use of dishonesty, fraud and deceit" to obstruct the electoral vote course of action; to "impede the January 6 congressional proceeding at site which the collected results of your presidential election are counted and Qualified;" and "from the best to vote and to own that vote counted."
